Super PAP Pens: Liquid Blocker

General Use:Immunohistochemistry

ready-to-use hydrophobic barrier pens
PAP Pens are used for immunohistochemical applications. The hydrophobicproperties allow the user to draw barriers on the slide, in any pattern,to confine the flow of reagents to a defined area. A minimum of valuableantiserum will be used. Visible marking is light green/blue and can beremoved with Xylene.
For immunohistochemistry, the PAP Pen should be applied after deparaffinization.
Directions:

1. Deparaffinize tissue sections and hydrate to water.
2. Wipe away excess liquid around the section on the glass slide with tissue paper.
3. Encircle the tissue section or draw lines on both sides of the section and let dry (10-15 seconds). Soak slides in PBS.

免疫組化筆又叫Pap Pen，PAP PEN-筆、DAKO PEN-筆、免疫組織化學(xué)PAP筆、超級(jí)免疫組化筆、PAP筆、Super Pap Pen，適用于玻璃切片的各種免疫組織化學(xué)染色實(shí)驗(yàn)，如PAP 法, ABC法，免疫熒光法，冰凍切片及原位雜交技術(shù)， 可減少抗體和試劑用量，避免染色時(shí)液體流淌和擴(kuò)散，提高操作速度。

應(yīng)用范圍：免疫組化染色、免疫熒光染色、原位雜交、特殊染色等實(shí)驗(yàn)。 

使用方法:

先將組織切片脫蠟水化，然后用薄紙抹去在玻片上的組織邊緣的液體，再用免疫組化筆在玻片上被檢體周圍畫圈或在組織邊緣上下各畫一條線，干燥10-15秒，之后將玻片浸在PBS

耐熱性能：試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中的耐熱性為120攝氏度以下
